Company 'Personal Audio' Claiming Patent Infringement Against Podcasters

Apparently, trolling has extended to patents where an individual or company will try to file a law suit based on a patent they have that don’t use. Marc Maron, Adam Carolla, and Jesse Thorn have been targeted like this by Personal Audio specifically, almost in a predatory way.

If you love podcasts, give this a read.  Most podcasters don’t make a ton of money and could EASILY be bankrupt by jokers like these. 

Go HERE and tell your representatives to support The Shield Act which will make it tougher for patent trolls to be patent trolls.  It’s totally quick and easy and will make a huge difference.
